Alastair Marsh

Alastair is a Non-Executive Director of Wallem Group Limited, having joined in July 2022. He is also currently the Independent Non-Executive Chairman of Xeinadin Group, a top 20 firm of accountants and business advisors, and serves as a Trustee and the Chairman of the Audit Committee at the Royal Museums Greenwich. Alastair is a Chartered Accountant.

Alastair joins Wallem with over 15 years of experience in the maritime industry and over 30 years working in senior positions within various business, now building a portfolio of non-executive and advisory roles. Having worked across a wide range of sectors (including shipping, telecoms, chemicals, energy, software, technology, and computing), in listed multinationals such as Laporte Plc and NCR Corporation, start-ups, and privately held organizations such as Lloyd’s Register where, as Group Chief Executive, he delivered a major change program focused on data and digital transformation across its 250 offices in 80 countries.
