Insurance claims and downtime because of injuries onboard are affecting my KPIs.  Solution LTIF is a vital KPI to monitor a company's personal safety performance. Wallem's aim is to have a LTIF of zero; it is attainable. To achieve this goal we: - hold loss prevention training - conduct fleet officer meetings, focusing on safety Training Superintendents sail on all managed vessels for loss prevention, safety and emergency response training.
