Cannot find qualified superintendents to monitor my ship managers
Wallem Ship management provides a platform for training engineering graduates from owner's country with hands-on superintendent training in our office. We provide them with a workspace in our office and open up access to all incoming/outgoing messages pertaining to respective owner's ships. They are thus exposed to all the problems being reported by the ships and how our superintendents deal with the issues.
They get a chance to visit ships with our superintendents, to see the reporting on ships and follow up on defect lists to a positive closure. They will be provided an opportunity to be a part of DD preparation, execution and post DD follow up. They participate in the management meetings between the fleet manager and superintendents. They are exposed to our dealings with oil majors, PSC and Class societies.
