Management fees have not risen in line with the costs and responsibilities which are now placed on ship managers. However Wallem does not supplement our management fee income by taking commissions or rebates which rightfully belong to our clients. Our purchasing and accounts are open and transparent, we welcome any audit by our clients.
We are presently working towards full SAS70 compliance in order that we meet Sarbanes Oxley requirements for our US listed clients
