How does a Shipmanager measure their performance?  Solution Wallem uses KPIs ( key performance indicators) to measure performance of each vessel and fleets, as well as individual people involved in the operation of vessels under our management. Wallem has a standard set of KPIs which have been developed over many years. We can also tailor them to suit the requirements of individual clients.
