Wallem Shipbroking is the oldest part of the Wallem Group. Founded in Shanghai in 1903 by Haakon Wallem , our Shipbroking team in Hong Kong, today consists of 11 people and primarily focuses on the following core activities:

We are proud to represent Damen Shipyards Gorinchem. We have direct contacts with a large number of shipyards in Asia and especially in China where, via our joint venture partners Cosco Qingdao, we can offer newbuilding opportunities and newbuilding supervision. On the chartering side we have further strength with our colleagues of Taiwan Wallem Transportation who specialize in dry bulk chartering, chemical cargoes and heavy lift cargoes.
